Life is busy and sometimes cancellations are needed, being considerate of the Therapists scheduled time is always much appreciated therefore we will require a 24 hour cancellation notice prior any scheduled appointment.

Please note that a notice period of 48 hours is required for the cancellation of Spa packages.

25% deposits for Spa packages are non refundable.
50% deposits for a Spa group packages are also non refundable.
