In order to accommodate all your Spa services, please schedule your appointment in advance to secure the time and date that is best suited for you. A credit card or some other form of deposit for a Spa Package and Group Package is required at the time of booking. A deposit of only 25% is required for a Spa Package and 50% for Spa Group Packages.
Greeting your Therapist approximately 15 minutes prior to your spa service is necessary to allow time to review your schedule of appointments and to allow the proper gathering of health history, and also allow the therapist to inform herself on your needs.
When late arrivals occur the Therapist will still discuss all necessary information with her client, unfortunately the Therapist must stay on schedule to provide quality time for her next client. All spa fees will remain.
Life is busy and Your health and comfort is very important. Prior to all spa services please inform your Therapist of any health conditions such as hypertension, injuries, allergies, diabetes, and with special attention to pregnancy and physical disabilities.
Maison Grand Wellness Day Spa is not responsible for personal belongings that the client may wish to bring along with them. Any lost or stolen articles will be the sole responsibility of the client.
The spa is a place to Refresh, Relax, and Rejuvenate. Please respect the wishes for all clients and reframe from using cell phones, and all electronic devices.
